Great app, will done ITV, this in a different league to the apps from BBC, SKY etc. and really pleased to see you supporting Windows phone. Please can we have apps for ITV shows like xfactor, I'm a celebrity. Would also be great to have a universal windows 10 app for tablet, desktop and phone.

Absolutely rubbish on my windows phone, pauses, freezes, jumps, stutters, crashes, a complete waste of time trying to watch anything on it apart from adverts, it plays them perfectly, but nothing that you want to watch, and since the ITV player app is now no longer available on the playstation 3 I have no way of catching up on any ITV programs, it has been this way since it changed from ITV player to ITV hub, BBC iPlayer, 4OD, and 5 Demand all still work fine and I have no issues with them, just the ITV hub, its terrible and very annoying!!!

Toolbar blocks full screen

The windows toolbar stays visible in full screen mode so you loose the right hand edge of the picture. Very annoying. Apart from that ok.

Useless

Unable to play anything what else do I need with itv player to watch and why don't you advise this. I get you tube so why not this please explain

Very Good

Installed this on my 950XL and seems to be very good. Good design and well laid out. Very good quality over Wifi and obviously over mobile will depend on your coverage, signal strength and other factors. Would be nice in a future update to be able to download and watch offline at a later date. That would be helpful on commutes where signal can drop etc.

Live works, catch-up doesn't

Navigation easy and swift, live tv plays fine, but anything on catch up doesn't even start - just sits there with a blank screen. Sort it out please!

Doesn't work

From most of the 1 star reviews I have seen, there seems to be a particular problem with the phone that I have: Lumia 550. This thing always happens where the blue dot of the itv hub logo appears and then the whole thing freezes. Please fix this, or find a solution to the problem, you would be helping a lot of people if you did.
