OneNote Web Clipper

This is a great new way to grab content for students in my classrooms. Great add-on.

I feel really upset about this. My onenote 2016 works on Dropbox and thus this extension is totally of no use. The sync speed of onedrive already drives me crazy. Why not add a external sync place option for onenote app?

This is a really useful app for adding useful web content into Class Notebooks. It would be good to be able to choose the exact page in the Content Library the clip goes. At present, the only choice is the tabs created and not specific pages within each tab.

The extension works really well, and certainly better than the previous "edit web page and send to OneNote". I first tried the extension on two different machines, on both machines it said "Sorry, we can't sign you in". Both machines are domain joined, tried at office. I tried my Microsoft account and my work account, no success with either, multiple attempts. Then went home, and all of a sudden the clipper said that I am in fact already logged in? And: I would LOVE to have the option to clip only a part of the page, like what I can do with the snipping tool.

The first attempt at installing failed so had to completely uninstall and reinstall, then my first attempt to clip a web page resulted in a spinny wheel while I presume it was trying to connect to my notebooks, however, it is now working just fine and does exactly what I need - nice

I'm not sure where these installation problems people are having are coming from. I have had zero problems adding extensions so far. Installed straight away and was immediately working. Options are to screenshot the article and export the whole thing, or to extract the text and layout, which you can then tweak and edit before exporting to onenote. This is going to be really useful for university work.

Easy to use, when busy on the computer saves time and work by saving and coping, excellent tool, use every day.

This adds some neat functionality to the best note taking app on the market. Grabs the clip and renders it beautifully within OneNote.

Worked until a recent Windows update. Then, frustratingly, did not work for over 6 weeks. Now, after update to OS 14393.479, works again! Hurrah! Thanks, folks for persevering. Each update makes Edge more stable and useful. The potential is clear to see and tools like this are very much appreciated. Thank you.
