FROM HERO TO ZERO

True Key has performed superbly until the latest update and now it is unfit for purpose. What have you done? If it ain't broke ... comes to mind. Clearly, an incompetent individual or team has taken a very useful app from hero to zero. I am being generous to award a * but zero is unavailable. Please, sort out the mess asap.

Unable to give in Zero Stars

What have you done with this App. I used to work fine and now every time you open Edge another tab opens and there is a little spindle going round with the words 'Finishing up installation' Tab will close automatically when complete. That's a joke it NEVER DOES and is very annoying!!! Please do something about this!

Used to work on older windows 10. After upgrade. Will not down load. Gets so far then just keeps saying loading. It never does.

Using Edge Browser

When checking on which browser Truekey will work Edge is not included on the list. Works fine on laptop but will not install on Surface Pro. It was working fine on the Surface until the latest Windows update. Please fix. Just about ready to give up installing Truekey on the Surface Pro. Followed the instructions and removed it from programs, reinstalled but still not working.

It launch after installing and when you close the browser (google chrome & edge) does not launch and a complete useless and frustration.

tried to login after creating profile but kept telling me to check my email which was definitely right spent more time trying to login I could have entered p/word of site quicker

Fails to impress

This extension is not as impressive as it could be. After creating an account, it rapidly becomes clear that you are going to have to sign into True Key EVERY TIME you open Edge. Yes, True Key has options that include the ability to stay logged in to the extension for seven days - which would make this a useful time saver - but in my experience these never work. This means that every time you log out of Edge, the extension forgets you. Now, I grant this is secure. But since 90% of the time I go online only to check one thing, I am basically swapping entering my password for any given site with entering the password for True Key. Which is frustrating. And, True Key, whilst able to remember my passwords correctly, 80% of the time cannot verify my Master Password and kicks me out. Honestly. Needs work.
