Surface Go:
Up to 9 hours of battery life for local video playback. Testing conducted by Microsoft in June 2018 using a pre-production Intel Pentium Gold 4415Y processor, 128 GB, 8 GB RAM device. Testing consisted of full battery discharge during video playback. All settings were default except: WiFi was associated with a network and Auto-Brightness disabled. Battery life varies significantly with settings, usage and other factors.
Surface Go with LTE Advanced:
Up to 8.5 hours of battery life for local video playback. Testing conducted by Microsoft in October 2018 using a preproduction Intel® Pentium® Gold 4415Y Processor, 128GB, 8GB RAM LTE Advanced device. Testing consisted of full battery discharge during video playback. All settings were default except: LTE enabled and device connected to LTE Network. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in Flight Mode and Auto-Brightness disabled. Battery life varies significantly with settings, usage, and other factors.

Review title of BrianDo not buy this

Bought new Surface Go because Microsoft told me it was a much improved device after I called to complain about failure on my Surface 2. Surface Go is a major disappointment. For what it can do it should sell for no more than €50. Biggest rip off ever. The programmes preloaded are useless....pdf viewer takes 3-5 seconds to view a page when you scroll through a pdf doc. No USB port so had to go out and buy a connection. Won't let me download firefox. Won't let me use my finger to copy and paste on screen. MS excel doesn't work properly with it. Overall Microsoft have gone back 20 years with this device. Surface 2 was amazing until it suddenly started crashing in the months before Surface go was released.

Review title of PatrickBasic Product, Room to Improve

I have ordered this product online last Wednesday and paid for express delivery (of 2 days instead of 4) it was then delayed due to a mechanical fault and was stuck in Germany. Edit: I had received the product 5 days after ordering it. I was really unhappy with the delivery of this item, had to call UPS as Microsoft made it difficult to contact them. Seeking refund for postal from UPS at the moment. After a week of use, I had to take it out of S Mode (non-revertible), as I could not install even the simplest of programs (notepadd++) unless it was available on the Microsoft Store. The tablet is great, functions well, and I love that it comes with a launcher for your phone that makes everything much easier to sync. I bought the keyboard and it is sleek, very responsive to clicks and touches without being in the way, I think the material could be stronger, worried it might wear too quick. Tablet is also laggy in touch-responses when scrolling on Chrome. Can be slow to load applications.
