The original UR9 package (v 7.5.3079.571) is withdrawn and is replaced with a new install package (v 7.5.3079.607).

    • If you have already installed the UR 9 3079.571 (old patch), then you will observe that some unsealed MPs of your deployment have got overwritten. In that case –
      1. Re-import the following unsealed MPs –
        • ServiceManager.IncidentManagement.Configuration.xml
        • ServiceManager.ServiceRequest.Configuration.xml
        • ServiceManager.ProblemManagement.Configuration.xml
        • ServiceManager.KnowledgeManagement.Configuration.xml
      2. Then, apply this new update patch (v 3079.607). Please note that this new patch (v 3079.607) is the official UR9 release and older patch (v 3079.571) will no longer be supported.
    • If you have not installed the UR 9 3079.571 (old patch), then you can simply skip the older patch and can directly update your deployment with the latest patch (v 3079.607).
    • Please note that v 3079.607 is the supported UR9 version, hence please install the new UR9 update patch if your deployment is on the old UR9 patch (v 3079.571 or v 3079.601).

Please be aware that this release does not contain the payload of Update Rollup 8, because UR8 contains the new HTML based Self Service Portal and requires separate installation.
