Follow these steps to update your existing Outlook Holiday file.

1. Exit Outlook if it is running.

2. In Microsoft Windows Explorer, delete the following file:
drive\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\LCID\outlook.hol.
or
drive\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\LCID\outlook.hol.

Note LCID is your locale identification (LCID) number. For more information about LCID numbers, see KB2764690.

3. Paste updated outlook.hol into same directory.

4. Restart Outlook.
