Whereas the internet took seven years to reach 100M users, it only took ChatGPT three months to reach 100M users.<sup>1<\/sup> Diffusion at this scale in the tech industry is unprecedented.<\/p>\n<p>Now that we\u2019re in the era of AI, the question leaders across every industry are asking right now is, <em>How can I seize the full potential of AI, while safeguarding my employees, business, and data?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Partner opportunity<\/h3>\n<p>Today, our partners have the unique opportunity to build value-added solutions that will have direct impact on the growth and success of their customers. In fact, 87% of leaders believe AI will give their organization a competitive edge.<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>As a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), you work with SMB customers every day. As the use of AI becomes more widespread, the opportunity lies not only in transforming individual productivity but also in the efficacy of the entire organization. Copilot sets a new baseline, wherein every employee has the capability to write, design, code, analyze data, and more. It also amplifies expertise, improving the quality of the work. Early <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/worklab\/work-trend-index\/copilots-earliest-users-teach-us-about-generative-ai-at-work\">in-depth research<\/a> reveals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>70% <\/strong>of Copilot users said they were more productive, and\u00a0<strong>68%<\/strong>\u00a0said it improved the quality of their work.<\/li>\n<li>Overall, users were\u00a0<strong>29% <\/strong>faster in a series of tasks (searching, writing, and summarizing). Users were able to get caught up on a missed meeting nearly\u00a0<strong>4x <\/strong>faster.<\/li>\n<li><strong>77% <\/strong>of users said once they used Copilot, they didn\u2019t want to give it up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.microsoft.com\/blog\/2023\/11\/02\/new-study-validates-the-business-value-and-opportunity-of-ai\/\">recent global study<\/a> provides additional insights into the business value of AI:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>For every $1 companies invest in AI, they are realizing an average of $3.5 in return and 5% of organizations worldwide are realizing an average of $8 in return.<\/li>\n<li>Organizations are realizing a <strong>return on their AI investments within 14 months<\/strong> of deployments on average.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As the pace of AI adoption accelerates, as a trusted partner you can help your customers understand the potential impact of AI on their business and the opportunities it can unlock.<\/p>\n<h3>What are the challenges?<\/h3>\n<p>Many organizations are just beginning their AI transformation journey and are not yet ready to implement. Erwin grew up in the ranks at Microsoft BV, after starting in a technical pre-sales role, through various Sales and Marketing positions. Erwin holds a master\u2019s in computer science and a bachelor\u2019s in mathematics from the University of Amsterdam. In addition to his career, Erwin is passionate about pushing his personal limits and exploring new experiences, countries and cultures. His hobbies include scuba-diving, mountain climbing, skiing, cycling and travel.
