The MorphX Integrated Development Environment (IDE) can integrate with various version control systems. In particular, it can integrate with VSS and TFS. Both of these back-ends provide a file-based local repository that is available on the machine on which the Microsoft Dynamics AX client is installed. If you use TFS as a central point of development infrastructure, development teams can better utilize capabilities of Visual Studio Team System.
At some point in the development cycle, you may choose to migrate your source from VSS to TFS. This document describes how to perform such a migration for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.Supported Operating Systems
