Microsoft has released Bing Maps AJAX upgrade for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 Server. This update replaces the Bing Maps AJAX Control Version 7, which has reached its end-of-life. To continue to use Bing Maps with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, you must apply this update. For more information about this release, see Microsoft Knowledge Base article 4038205:

Prerequisites:
- This update must be installed on a computer that is running Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 (on-premises).
- Click Download, and then select the file you want to download from the list.
To install this update, do one of the following:
- To start the installation immediately, click Run.
- To save the download to your computer for installation later, click Save.
- To cancel the download, click Cancel.
- Hotfixes and updates that you have to manually enable or configure
