Enable or disable languages
You can enable or disable languages in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to address your business requirements. However, you can’t disable the base language.
If you’re running Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook, before you can enable additional languages, you must download one or more Language Packs on the same computer.
Make sure that you have the System Administrator or System Customizer security role or equivalent permissions.
Check your security role
Go to Settings > Administration.
Select the languages you want to enable and clear those you want to disable.
When you’re finished enabling and disabling languages, choose Close.
