You can split two websites per tab.
To exit Split screen and close the page, select Close split screen (X) at the top right corner of the active screen. If you'd like to exit Split screen, but keep the tab open, click on the "More options" icon (...) on the top right of your screen and select "Separate two tabs" - this will exit you from Split screen, but keep both tabs still open in Edge.
No, this feature is not available on Edge mobile.
