And as Microsoft Innovative Educator <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/educationblog.microsoft.com\/en-us\/2018\/04\/creativity-and-code-heres-how-to-join-them-in-your-classroom\/\">Pip Cleaves reminds us<\/a><\/strong>, one of the most effective and fun ways to teach creativity in the classroom is with coding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s why we\u2019re excited to announce today that we\u2019re joining <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartoonnetwork.com\/\">Cartoon Network<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adafruit.com\/about\">Adafruit<\/a><\/strong> to create a set of projects and tutorials to inspire young people to code, create and construct. With fun, whimsical DIY creations such as an electronic crown, a glow-in-the-dark room sign or a paper cup lamp, students can use the Adafruit Circuit Playground Express micro-controller device, Microsoft\u2019s MakeCode coding environment, and Cartoon Network\u2019s most loved characters to learn the basics of coding and let their imagination go wild.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis generation of kids is the most diverse, mobile generation ever. They immerse themselves in content, not just as consumers, but as creators,\u201d said Jill King, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships, Cartoon Network. \u201cWe see this partnership as bringing best-in-class offerings together to inspire kids.
