Tune in live!

Online event

June 26, 2018

6:15pm – 7:45pm CDT

Broadcasting live from ISTE in Chicago on Tuesday, June 26th, Hack the Classroom is an online event focusing on how educators can personalize learning experiences to empower every student to find his or her voice. Educators from across the globe will share examples of what they are doing in their classrooms, how it’s making a positive impact on their students, and then provide tips so you can immediately implement those ideas in your own classroom!

Join us to:

  • Be inspired by opening keynote, Esam Baboukhan, on what is student voice.
  • Experience how personalized learning experiences in Valerie Anglemyer and Steve Bowser’s humanities classroom are created through rich integrated projects that combine literature, service learning, sustainable development goals. To top it off, two of their students will take us on a tour of their builds in Minecraft.
  • Learn how the elementary students in Merlyne Graves’ classroom are finding their voices with OneNote and Learning Tools.
  • See how teachers at Escola Bosque in Brazil collaborate with Microsoft Teams to build rich learning experiences.
  • Leave energized with an original spoken word piece by Toney Jackson.
