Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. We are passionate about ensuring that our offerings are designed for people of all abilities. We’re committed to transparency, accountability, and inclusion in the experiences we provide in our culture, and we are deeply inspired by the opportunity to work with others around the world to explore what is possible. This is the lens which we use when we approach designing comfortable event environments for all.
We continue to learn from the great feedback our customers and event attendees provide. Keep sharing what is working well and where we can further evolve, so we can continue our efforts to design thoughtful event experiences and space for all. Below are various ways in which we approach designing welcoming experiences — and let us emphasize, we are always learning.
Personal concierge services
The personal concierge services team provides personalized pre-event and onsite assistance for attendee needs. When you make a request for accommodations as part of the registration process, you’ll be contacted by a personal concierge services representative who will work directly with you to determine the best way to meet your needs and ensure your onsite experience is productive and enjoyable. For onsite assistance, you’ll be given the mobile number (to call or text) for a concierge services representative who will provide any support needed during the event.
ADA housing accommodations
Accessible rooms are reserved in our official housing blocks, and during the registration process you will have the ability to request one of these rooms. We offer this across all hotel brands and price options as part of our contract with each property.
Our personal concierge services team will assist with any need to access scooters for rent at the event location or to request accessible shuttles on our official shuttle routes. Reserved seating options are available in session rooms.
New mother’s rooms
New mother’s room(s) will be available onsite that allow new nursing mothers convenience and privacy rather than having to go back and forth to their hotel.
Service animal friendly
If you need to bring a service animal to assist you in navigating and enjoying the event, you’ll find designated rest, water, and relief areas for your animal onsite.
All sessions will have captioning on screens to supplement audible presentation content. Small format, or interactive content experience may require alternate solutions for deaf or hard of hearing attendees, which can be arranged directly with our concierge team.
Reserved seating in sessions
Various options are available for reserved seating in sessions, depending on your needs. A personal concierge team member will work with you on the details.
