When it comes to compelling digital marketing, it’s not enough anymore to just have a thought-provoking ad. That ad has to spark something in the minds of the target audience, or the “members,” as Jia Hyun calls them. Hyun is head of LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions for North America, working on the sales side of marketing.

LinkedIn sees its job as offering up great conversations to the people—LinkedIn’s members—at the party.
