Customer Service Engineer Apprenticeship
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, the Microsoft Leap Apprenticeship Program is following Microsoft company guidance to make decisions about events and in-person learning. All cohorts in the United States will be virtual until further notice. Cohorts outside of the United States will be virtual or in-person based on local state and country guidance. NOTE: These cohort training programs occur in Nigeria and are only open to Nigerian citizens who reside within Nigeria.
Customer Service Engineers work on a team to build custom solutions for our customers that solve their unique challenges. This requires learning how to extend or push products into new territory, create new ways of linking information and data, and learn how to solve problems.

- Online only – classroom online and apprenticeship online
- Part-time: 5 – 7 PM every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday & 9 AM – 4 PM every Saturday
