NOTE: These cohort training programs occur in Nigeria and are only open to Nigerian citizens who reside within Nigeria.
As a Customer Service Engineer, you’ll work on a team to build custom solutions for our customers that solve their unique challenges. You’ll learn how to extend or push products into new territory, create new ways of linking information and data, and learn how to solve problems.
Customer Service Engineering Apprenticeship
Those applying to the Customer Service Engineering Apprenticeship program with the Leap Program should have completed and/or graduated from their studies more than six months prior to their application, and have completed National Youth Corp Service (NYSC). You must also be a citizen of Nigeria to qualify. Additional eligibility requirements include:
- Completed National Youth Service Corps obligation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Completed a coding boot camp or online training (self-taught)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Working experience
- Previous professional work experience (tech or non-tech industry)
