81240AE: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing

This Digital Learning course provides students with the tools to setup, configure and use Dynamics 365 for Marketing. The focus is on the using and understanding how the platform tools that are provided can be leveraged to create and manage segments, lists, marketing forms and pages, leads, and marketing emails. In addition, students will learn how to create and manage events, manage customer journeys, and collect feeback by using surveys.
