This certification is one of the workload administrator certification required for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification. One of these workload administrator certifications is required for the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.

This exam is intended only for candidates who have taken Exam 70-339: Managing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2016. If you have not taken Exam 339, you will not earn a certification by taking this exam. MS-302 retires on September 30, 2019.
