Microsoft COVID-19 Response Update: MCT Program Fees Waived

As the response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve rapidly around the world, the health, safety and well-being of our employees, customers and partners remain our top priorities. Authorities around the globe are responding to the situation with stricter measures that are disrupting normal routines, which changes the landscape in which we operate.

We understand the impact of this unprecedented situation on our Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT). Given the challenges that many of you are facing, we have temporarily waived the MCT Program fee, effective immediately through September 30, 2020. You will still need to renew through the MCT Enrollment tool, but once you get to the payment process, the amount due will be zero.

We also recognize that this pandemic may have had a financial impact on some of you. If you renewed on or after February 1, 2020 and are experiencing economic strain, you can request a program fee refund by filling out the request form. You have until May 31, 2020 to request a refund. Once your refund is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within 15 business days, please reach out to MCT Support.
