This exam is for the Modern Desktop Administrator role and the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification. Candidates for this exam are administrators who deploy, configure, secure, manage, and monitor devices and client applications in an enterprise environment. Candidates manage identity, access, policies, updates, and apps. As an administrator, candidates typically collaborate with a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator to design and implement a device strategy that meets the business needs of a modern organization. Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft 365 workloads and must be proficient and experienced in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows 10 and non-Windows devices and technologies.

Exam MS-900

This exam is designed for candidates looking to demonstrate foundational knowledge on the considerations and benefits of adopting cloud services in general and the Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud model. Candidates who successfully pass this exam will earn the Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals certification. This exam will also cover knowledge of available options and benefits gained by implementing Microsoft 365 cloud service offerings. This exam can be taken as an optional precursor to cloud computing and technologies exams such as Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure Information Protection (AIP), and Windows 10.

Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements

Exam 70-346

Candidates for this exam are IT professionals who take part in evaluating, planning, deploying, and operating the Office 365 services, including its dependencies, requirements, and supporting technologies. Candidates should have experience with the Office 365 Admin Center and an understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, SharePoint Online, Office 365 ProPlus, and Azure Active Directory. This includes experience with service descriptions, configuration options, and integrating services with existing identity management and on-premises infrastructure to support the business requirements of an organization.

Exam 70-346 includes such topics as: provision Office 365, plan and implement networking and security in Office 365, manage cloud identities, implement and manage identities by using Azure AD Connect, implement and manage federated identities for single sign-on (SSO), and monitor and troubleshoot Office 365 availability and usage.

Enabling Office 365 Services

Exam 70-347

Candidates for this exam are IT professionals who take part in evaluating, planning, deploying, and operating the Office 365 services, including its dependencies, requirements, and supporting technologies. Candidates should have experience with the Office 365 Admin Center and an understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, SharePoint Online, Office 365 ProPlus, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
