Support corner webcast—troubleshoot Office Outlook 2013 features

Join us this Tuesday, February 24th 2015 at 9 a.m. PST/12 p.m. ET for a discussion on “Troubleshooting Some of the Office Outlook 2013 Features.” We’ll start from the very beginning of setting up a mailbox through MOP and configuring Outlook for first use. We’ll then explore one of the main features of Outlook—accessing shared mailboxes and calendars, common reasons for doing so, including the manager and delegate relationship as it pertains to Outlook.

Presenter—David Sanchez is a 23-year veteran senior support escalation engineer at Microsoft. He has supported Windows, Word, Exchange and began supporting Outlook since its release in 1997.
