Azure Active Directory Password Protection—now generally available

All it takes is one weak password for a hacker to gain access to your corporate resources. Because users are pretty predictable—they create easy to remember passwords and reuse the same or closely related passwords—hackers can often guess passwords.

With Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Password Protection—now generally available—you can apply a password system that prevents users from selecting easily guessed passwords when they change their passwords. Azure AD Password Protection significantly lowers the risk of compromise from a password spray attack and is available for both cloud and hybrid environments.
