Copilot for Sales brings together Microsoft 365 Copilot with a role-based agent that connects with your CRM platform to bring sales insights and generative AI into the flow of work.
  • Works with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and can be configured to connect to other sales solutions.
  • Includes Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Copilot sales agent.*

A product license for Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, or Business Premium, or Office 365 E3 or E5, or a version of these suites that does not include Microsoft Teams, will be required to purchase Copilot for Sales.

*Customers who already have Microsoft 365 Copilot can add the Microsoft 365 Copilot sales agent for an additional $20 per user per month (annual commitment).1 Dynamics 365 Sales Premium customers will need to pay $30 per user per month (annual commitment)1 for Microsoft 365 Copilot to get the full Copilot for Sales experience.

Copilot for Sales includes a license for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Yes—Copilot for Sales connects with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Salesforce users with Copilot for Sales can access next-generation AI and sales insights in their Microsoft 365 apps, such as using contextual email assistance in Outlook and conversation intelligence in Teams.
