Drafts move more quickly from a blank page to a starting point. While speed matters, creative work ultimately serves something more enduring: trust and differentiation. Efficiency gains only go so far if the output loses the qualities that make it meaningful and distinctive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"start-small-scale-with-intention\"><strong>Start small\u2014scale with intention<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n  In practice, this kind of transformation doesn\u2019t begin with sweeping change.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Westby describes an approach that starts with focused experimentation\u2014teams piloting AI in specific workflows, learning what works in their own context, and sharing those outcomes.
