Process advisor offers task mining and process mining capabilities to do this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help get you started, process advisor offers several <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/power-automate\/process-mining-templates\">templates,<\/a> including one for Power Virtual Agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-s-new-compared-to-the-previous-template\">What\u2019s new compared to the previous template?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The process advisor offers a dialog map of how conversations have flown between topics, redirects, and their outcome. Process advisor then retrieves the <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/power-virtual-agents\/analytics-sessions\">conversation transcripts that are stored in the current Dataverse environment<\/a> you are deploying the process advisor template in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-are-the-available-metrics\">What are the available metrics?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The new power Virtual Agents process advisor template surfaces the session indicators below from your conversation transcripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Triggered topics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redirects (either dialog or topic)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events when no topic is identified or when a \u201cdid you mean\u201d is thrown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmed success or failure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CSAT scores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outcome of the session (resolved, escalated, abandoned).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A few additional attributes are also surfaced to further slide and dice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Activity Type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bot ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bot Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Component Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Component Schema
