of the most important evolutions this month is human-in-the-loop (HITL), now in preview.&nbsp;This capability lets agents pause and ask for human input before moving forward.&nbsp;That may sound simple, but it fundamentally changes what organizations can trust agents to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this feature, an agent can send a structured request (delivered as an Outlook form) to&nbsp;designated&nbsp;reviewers.&nbsp;Once the reviewer responds, the agent resumes and uses the&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;values as parameters.&nbsp;This provides real-time human judgment without
