Using the 151-151 sound file management system will save you time writing notes, improve meeting efficiency and reduce misunderstandings, arguments and disputes. It provides a better, more accurate and easier way of keeping track of what was said during meetings and conversations. The 151-151 ProV2 Desktop app for Windows allows you to use your PC or laptop to make sound recordings of your important meetings and conversations and attach time-tags. The tags will highlight the important sections within your recordings where you make conclusions and decisions, or discuss specific topics. So that you can easily distribute the 100% accurate record of what was said during your meeting (along with the time-tags that highlight the important sections) the app offers you the choice to upload the recordings + tags to the 151-151 sound file management server. The web based 151-151 sound file management console will generate a unique web URL for the uploaded meeting recording. You can then easily distribute that URL to anyone appropriate so they too can easily review what was said and agreed in the meeting using any web browser. If the combination of sound recording and time-tags is not a sufficient formal record for your meeting, the 151-151 ProV2 Desktop app also allows you to quickly generate a meeting minutes document. Once you meeting recording is uploaded to the management console, you can choose to generate a transcript of the sound file at any time. Transcripts can be generated for the whole sound file or just a set of selected time periods defined by the time tags. Content from the transcripts and any typed notes can be extracted into a feature call the Document Clipboard, which is used to bring together all the information you need to to generate the Meeting Minutes document. The generated minutes document (or any other document) can also be uploaded to the management console and be made available to anyone looking at the meeting record via their web browser. The 151-151 sound file management system has a multitude of uses in areas of your business such as HR, sales, project management, training and customer support. It provides a comprehensive and much more efficient way to keep track of, and recall what was said during meetings and conversations. It also gives you a convenient way to link your conversation recordings to an existing database or CRM. Please note: the 151-151 ProV2 Desktop app is designed to work in partnership with the server based 151-151 sound file management console. The Windows app is limited to making 5 local recordings, unless it is activated through your console account.
