Review title of JasonNO CREDITS APPLIED TO GAME!
Ordered and never received, spent 2 hours total waiting for a live chat representative with Microsoft, requested a refund, they said their policy states all sales are final and no refunds are allowed. The Microsoft representative walked me through resetting my console which didn't work so she then walk me through uninstalling the game then reinstalling the game to see if the credits would then show up, which didn't work. She gave me a case number and gave me the link to contact Ubisoft directly with my issue. I have just completed the email to Ubisoft with a screenshot of my purchase email for this item 4920 credits pack. I'm hoping to hear from Ubisoft soon to get this issue resolved it's been nothing but a headache all day dealing with this, never thought something so simple can be so stressful
