A Movement of Movement is a documentary film about the philosophy, lifestyle, movement, and world of Pilates.  It is told through the eyes of elders, world-renowned Pilates instructors, and everyday people who have been transformed by the Movement.  By using a combination of rare interview footage of Pilates Elders and experts, and expressionistic scenes of professionals doing Pilates, the film tells an inspirational story of the perfect remedy for a world in decay.  Pilates has changed the world.  We are living in a historical movement, a phenomenon of human experience.  The movement is about us, it’s about today, and it’s about exploring our full potential, but what does that mean? A Movement of Movement explores exactly this.
