How do I contact Microsoft support to use my Assure benefits?

There are three options for contacting Microsoft support: call Microsoft, contact us online to chat or to schedule a call back, or visit a Microsoft Store.

What products can I use Assure software support subscription for?

You can use Assure for support for Windows and Office. Assure includes as many in-store personal training sessions as you need. You can schedule an appointment online, anytime.

How many times can I use Assure during my subscription?

You can use your Assure subscription as many times as you want to during your subscription year.

How do I know when my Assure subscription expires?

You can see your expiration date and manage your Assure subscription at account.microsoft.com. Once you log in, select Services and Subscriptions at the top of the page, and you’ll see the expiration date.

How do I renew my Assure subscription?

Assure subscriptions purchased at a Microsoft Store aren’t set for recurring billing. You can purchase another Assure subscription when your current subscription expires, or you can turn on recurring billing.

To turn on recurring billing, log in at account.microsoft.com, and select Services and Subscriptions at the top of the page. Under your Assure Software Support Plan, select Turn on recurring billing.
