A beautiful dumpster fire....
Came back after 2 months off(playing BF4) and...somehow...this game got WORSE!... 2nd game back the whole game crashed... Played 1 game today and the jitter and frame issues were so bad it was nearly unplayable... It's simply hot trash... There's no excuses for this to be so bad... Clearly they care more about dropping content than fixing the core game smh... Sad, because the movement and mechanics are excellent. 2 stars because of stunning visuals otherwise I'd give none!!

EA F'ed Me In The butthole AGAIN
Here's what I think is wrong about multiplayer. First even as a medic it takes 5 seconds to revive someone, the tanks are WAY too overpowered. Now in firestorm the tier system is a joke. SMGs do more damage than shotguns and have WAY better range than rifles. The snipers shoot peas and shotguns shoot blanks. You can hear enemy footsteps from a mile away. Most of the map is right in the open so if you need to cross the map you either run like a headless chicken through a field or swim across a lake which takes FOREVER!

By far the worst battlefield game. The fact that EA asks for so much money for a garbage fire, while telling it's BF fanbase to go **** themselves, is appalling. If it was a good game that would explain and justify their arrogance, but in reality its utter ****. Sort yourselves out.

This Might Become A World War Game
Who's idea was it to make a world war 2 game that only has Britain, Germany, and wait is that France. Wait these guys put France in the game but not Russia. They didn't even put America in, and where's Japan. I wasn't even mad about the PC nonsense. You can put as many wemen in the game as you want but only putting in 3 Countries in a World War game is just stupid. Update: I guess EA thought they could have you play for the Germans to make you happy but didn't have the nuts to show any of the war crimes committed by the Germans. Added another star for how good the ending was for the Last Tiger. Thank you DICE for doing your best despite EA's bull ****. Still no War Story with planes, EA talks about how wemen fought in the second World War but doesn't know about bomber regiment 588, the Night Witches. That would have been a great War Story, but instead we got Nordlys, the lest historically accurate War Story to represent wemen. Added another star for The Pacific Theater in week 5.

Dont buy. 😒 update 06-01-2019
Outside of the controversy, BFV is plagued by glitches and broken game mechanics. Assignments constantly stop tracking. Load screen freezes on previous map every 2-3 map changes. Classes randomly reset to default equipment. TTK and weapon damage is all wonky since the patch. As well as th expected problems with a newly launched MP shooter. Recommend you wait to buy. Deleted, and will redownload when it becomes playable. Also the campaign has no aspect of your character in a combined effort to beat the germans. It portrays your character as the sole protaganist whom did not have any assistance from anyone else and defeated the germans by themselves. It's a total me against the enemy(axis) instead of us(allies) story. Update 19FEB2019 Improved but not enough to justify $50 price. I recommend waiting until it drops significantly or not buying at all. Update Jun 2019 - No hardcore, no private servers. Don't buy. Dice has become soo disconnected from OG community. Game still sucks.

Setting aside EA and Dice's terrible treatment of the Battlefield fanbase, in terms of pure quality this feels like a downgrade from other Battlefield games. It's unfinished and lacking content; several guns are just straight up copy/pasted from BF1. The cosmetic system is lame, there are a whole bunch of terrible microtransactions, the guns dont feel balanced and the map design is unpleasant at best save for a couple of maps that are decent. It still retains some of those classic 'Only in Battlefield' moments, but they are few and far between. Honestly feels like Dice was just being lazy. Don't buy this at full price; it's not worth it at all. Wait for a sale of like 20-30 dollars off before considering a purchase. Even then, there are far better games that you could be spending money on.
