Blur; an application that allows you to quickly and easily blur images on your device, and quickly save the result or set it as your lock screen. I made this because it's a pretty cool effect to blur your start screen and set it as your lock screen. Your usage, of course, is whatever you like. ;) Update! Major bug fixes.
