Instantly access your CRM data, for example, tasks, opportunities, phone calls, and more from CAS PIA. Realtime access to all app functionalities ensures that you have all contacts, appointments, documents, and more, at your fingertips without having to synchronize your data. All permission rights are considered when you access your data while on the move. Requirements To use the app and embed it in your CAS PIA system, the respective user must be activated in the CAS PIA administration area. Mobile app functions Dashboard The app starts with your individual dashboard. All of your upcoming appointments, linked contacts, tasks and opportunities are displayed here. And if you need more information, you can immediately access the individual data records to read or edit them. Contacts Stay connected anytime – call, write or text your customers or business partners directly from within the app. Different contact lists help you to structure your contacts, so that you can display all of your key account customers or your colleagues. Find your contacts easily with the smart search function. Appointments View your appointments in a well-structured day/week view. Use the shared calendar view to access your colleagues' calendars or resource plans, invaluable when you have to quickly schedule new appointments, or re-schedule existing ones. Documents Smart document management – view your important data clearly structured in a list view. You will see the document details and you can open different types, such as PDF, Office documents or image files, by using a corresponding app (e.g. Adobe Reader). Opportunities Make the most of your sales potential by accessing your opportunities in realtime. Edit your contacts and even change the status of a sale, all while on site. Tasks, projects and phone calls Instantly access your current tasks, projects and phone calls. You can create and edit tasks, jobs and projects when you are on the go. What's new in this version
• As of now, you can display public holidays in the calendar. • The EBID app is available. • Using the "Share" dialogue of your mobile device, you can save individual files from other apps as documents in CAS PIA. • In appointments, you can now open the calendar or contact of a user by tapping on the respective participant.
