Never have played any Castlevania games before - when i was a kid, parents would not allow any games in the house. At 47 now, and truly appreciate late 80s and early 90s games. For $20, seems like a steal.

This is a steal in today's gaming world. Konami is making a good move here for Castlevania fans such as myself. Super Castlevania IV is my s**t! Now I just need Lament of Innocence remastered. Konami stated this is the "first" collection so here's hoping!

This is great! The games all look & play very good. I have yet to encounter any bugs as reported in the Arcade collection. The bonus book is AWESOME for longtime fans and is around 80 pages. Plus we finally get Bloodlines! A good first collection and hopefully not the last!

I looooove Castlevania!! Especially the first ones that premiered on Nintendo. To see all those games in one game has seriously made my month!! Makes me so very pumped for Bloodstained next month. Review title of PLPW77Some of the greatest action platformers ever made.

As someone that was just old enough to start gaming at the beginning of gaming, I have fond memories of the early Castlevania games. I cannot recommend the collection enough, regardless of if you're revisiting fond memories like me, or if you never experienced the birth of the series. This was Konami at the peak of their game. I hope they release a collection of the Metroid style games as well.
