LOVE CNN - Great Update.

It's nice to have the tile live again & the breaking news ticker. However, the videos have to buffer to play; kind of cumbersome. Other than that, CNN's my favorite news source. I respect and appreciate CNN as a news source - one of the remaining (in my opinion) true journalists. Thank you!

Crappy App

You can't shut off the pop up's in new notifications, when you do click a pop up rarely can you actually find the article that the pop up was about and the video player is weak.

I would like to be able to open the app shrink it to a small size, stick it up in the corner of my desktop and watch your broadcast while I work. I also hate the fact that I get notifications and when I click the notification it takes me to the home page instead of the story referenced in the notification.

Yes it provides news stories, yes it provides updates which is what a news app should be doing. How about if the notifications actually took you to the story that you were trying to read more about?? Seriously CNN... let's start trying to do things that actually make sense.

Frustrated that when I select a particular news notification, I am not taken to that story. Then I have to search for it. Making the app only good for notifications because sometimes I cannot find the article in the app and have to go through the internet to find the story. Lame.

Review title of EdDisplays in tiny font - unreadable on MS Surface Book

This might be a good app, but it is impossible to read articles as they all display in a tiny font size that is virtually unreadable. This is not improved by lowering the screen resolution of my Surface Book, which has a default resolution of 3000 x 2000. Why is there no font size control from within the app? Unfortunately, I am uninstalling this app.

Closes all the time, and completely unreliable product. What's the point in giving me "breaking news" when I can't actually view the article. Needs work.

I like the app; I find it useful but I wish there things different about it. For starters, it would be nice if the text boxes were big enough to show the entire alert instead of stopping in mid senten... Also it would be nice if clicking the alert took you to the story that was related to the alert; like the android app does.
