The issue:

 A shared team bonus fund is being created.

 Each member of the team is endowed with levers of influence on his co-executants: 
 -personal premium fund («carrot»);
 -personal penalty fund («stick»). The personal fund is equal to 100 conventional units and serves to express 100% of its own positive and negative vibes, received from his co-workers. The obligatory requirement is to use all 100 units completely. This forces users not to conceal the problems. 
 The points (labor participation coefficients), a worker got from its co-executors, are converted into its reward every 2 weeks. Meanwhile, he is fined by the half of his negative grades, to exclude the manipulation of the value of bonus units. As a result, all members of the working team become equal-righted, solvent, and responsible business partners, who take a real part in the organization and control of their mutual obligation chains. This system boosts the whole team's consciousness and responsibility. On the one hand, such a mechanism helps people to organize teamwork collaboratively or individually on their own. On the other hand, it forces them to follow the commonly accepted way of development.

 The properties of Cuper are paradoxical: the system is extremely simple in use, but its inner mechanisms are complicated and in many cases are out of traditional scientific project management systems.
