What's new in this version
Version 3.0.3283 Progressive release starting August 6th Customers can manually update via the Microsoft Store to receive this version if they are on 19H1. Version 3.0.3283 of Dolby Access is only supported on Windows 10 PC with 19H1 and above. Customers with earlier versions of Windows 10 and Xbox One will receive the previous version of Dolby Access. New features and resolved issues: - Customize audio based on content and personal preference - Updated user interface and simplified setup flow - Dolby Atmos for Headphones is now enabled on laptops purchased with Dolby Atmos - Various bug-fixes and changes to improve reliability Known issues and workarounds - Sometime the Microsoft Store will not update Dolby Access or download content pack correctly. In this case, please cancel the update and use the update option from within the Microsoft Store. - Dolby Access may crash on some Dolby Atmos-enabled gaming laptops. Customers can enable Dolby Atmos for Headphones via the Windows 10 sound setting menu as a workaround. - Contact Dolby support to resolve issue at https://www.dolby.com/us/en/access/contact-us.html or by using the support link in the store listing or by pressing “Feedback” from within the “Info” section of Dolby Access.
