a pretty good platformer with a really good soundtrack. hitboxes feel occasionally wonky, but overall pretty good. game has very weird sensibilities (micro-satan farted on my dog so I need to go kill him)

I don't usualy do this ... but , I saw the "you need skills?" reviews and thought "you're pissed... cuz you have to practice... WTF!!!!" This game is good music and tight platforming bound up in a "Yes, this game will kick your ***" package. This, friends, is AWESOME. I personaly like this genre of platformer.... Yes, you need to repeat OFTEN; but, once you know the route and develop the skills you can do it every time. Note: this type of practice will make you better at EVERY game type. So, stop complaining cuz u suck... get your headphones on, find your wired controller, and PRACTICE to the amazing beats, drone away to the platform paradise.... All while "GETTIN' GUD BRAH!". Seriously though, its a good game... play it.

those warnings in the beginning when you start up the game is no lie, it is beyond a trippy, fun and very difficult platformer but still manages to stay fun with a great soundtrack

this game is more difficult than super meat boy imo. this game requires precision timing and can become frustrating quick. if u love hardcore platforming u will likely love this. im rating it low bc it was too challenging for me to have a good time. the game has an awesome soundtrack the level design and lighting were neat. the humor in the game was a nice touch also. the moans at spawning made me laugh. i think its a good game, just not for everyone.

i swear this game is designed to make u pull all ur hair out....younger kids might wanna play with the volume down or ur parents will think ur watching something. ur not supposed to....the way this game is designed u have to fail 50x in order to figure each level out....or throw ur controller...kick ur cat...punch the wall...get arrested....put on a straight jacket...and thats just 20mins into the gm..enjoy the edm and play at own risk

Review by: FighterOfNight This is a good game, the levels are wonderfully designed and bosses are very fun to fight, but in order to unlock World 4 you need to get all stars which is fine, but the 4th level called "Down The Rabbit Hole" this level will drive you to the core of insanity and a headache. The level will spin in circles and lasers will kill you if you jump at the wrong time. All in all, great game.

If you like rage inducing challenge then it is worth a look. I swear I hit the instant respawn button as much as I hit jump. I like the instant stomp attack thing, it gives skilled players a way to shave time off their runs. Kind of a crappy attack though. I found the presentation just obnoxious. *** noises, butt references, and curse words are used so ham-handedly, you would swear the game was written by a child. The music is OK but the SFX and shadow\pixel art style are generic at best. If you have Game Pass, and you like rage games and platformers, then you may as well check it out. Otherwise you aren't missing much if you skip this.

Review title of PlayKellyPlayNot fun- frustrating.

I hate it. No options to lower difficulty. Can't skip levels. Just stuck. All this content and no player to experience it. I feel bad for people who bought this, then got stuck, I'm stuck behind the first boss. This bull is harder than Cuphead. I am not having fun, I am pulling out hairs. I wouldn't wish an eternity of playing this on my worst enemy. Screw this game. It ain't worth your time; the simple contempt the developer had for its own players shows itself off with no pretensions or discretion.
