The actual game itself (apart from the servers and connection) is extremely addictive and fun. but It uses P2P (no dedicated servers) so the multiplayer is hard to work with. ubisoft doesn`t seem to listen to the community. This is my favorite game, but ubisofts idea for P2P ruined it

The worst part is that it's actually a really good game. it's dynamic, engaging, fun and skill based with a ton of depth and potential. The worst part is that it was made by Ubisoft. You'd be pretty hard pressed to find a Ubisoft Game that runs consistently well, and this is certainly no exception. Maybe 2 out of 5 matches I play end in me getting disconnected. The problem isn't that an "Always On" game has bad servers- it's that it has no servers! The game relies on pairing you with other players based on a linked Internet connection, so if one guy in Argentina has his router hooked up to a Yak and it starts to roam off EVERYONE will lag or be kicked out of the game. If this was an awful game it'd be quickly forgotten, lost to the 20 dollar bin at gamestop, but when it DOES work it's a great game! a great game absolutely crippled by a mismanaged, short term goal publisher. This game had a lot of potential, I'm sad to see it fail

Alot of Toxic players ruin the experience, and getting rid of gear only made it harder for new players to have a chance against tryhards, the perks suck and many many more problems like connection issues

For Honor used to be enjoyable and fair... Then 400ms lights became a thing. Now way too many characters rely on unreactable light spam. On top of that there's built in input delay... Pair those 2 things with only 30 fps and you get about 50-100 ms to react to an attack. The average reaction speed of a human is 215ms btw... So if you have even half a brain... Don't waste your money. In its current state it's not even worth $20.

Review title of BattleMaster138Honest Opinion on the current state of the game
I used to love this game. I remember seeing the trailer for it and freeking out but now it's without question the most unbalanced game I've ever played. Devs don't seem to care about the community and continue to add 400 ms and undodgeable attacks which because of input delay and slight console lag are near unreactable. Most matches are of people that light spam because it's easier to do than actually learning a hero. On the plus side the community seems far less toxic than it was. I've uninstalled and I'm not touching the game again until some major rebalancing spesifically the Wu-Lin heroes who all need to be touched apon some more than others. If you're alright with dealing with the slightly toxic community and won't get mad at getting destroyed by a far infirior player because of light spam or other cheese then give it a try. (tbh executing someone is extremely satisfying)

Review title of ChocolateLife99When bad became worse
Very fun and addictive, though the marching fire update is a bigger disaster than the initial release. Added things like perks which are very confusing, which indirectly nerfed revenge. Also made soldiers tougher which makes any 4v4 feel like a chore. Now onto gameplay: Crippleingly bad, takes a few try to use ladders, revenge often takes a few presses to use, servers break before a breach match can finish. And to top the sundae of awful gameplay, you have laggy people playing fast characters who do far too much damage for it to be fair. Good bye for Honor! Disappointed!

Review title of coatney5435Regarding new update
The new update is absolutely terrible the perks are useless the new gameplay in general is not worth my time the graphics are good but everthing else is trash. Im tired of people with lower levels and lower armor kill me by stupid chance and perks go back to the old fighting style. Im sure im not the only one who thinks this is terrible. UBISOFT FIX your GAME!! All my expirence down the damn drain.

Frame rate? 1 out of 5. Game mechanics? Cool, yet too unbalanced. 1 out of 5. Community? Full of toxicity. 1 out of 5. Servers? Horrendous. 1 out of 5. Heroes? Only 5 or 6 are ever really viable. 1 out of 5. New equipment layout without tooltips to explain what is being benefited? 1 out of 5. Matchmaking? You either dominate or get destroyed. 1 out of 5. Dev team listening to the community? Nope. 1 out of 5. Is writing a review for this game a good use of my time? Nope. 1 out of 5.
