Review title of RaeMust pay to save - and screenshots won't help

This is a great app in terms of what you can do in it. I use it to create places to visual stories that I am writing. However, in the free version, you cannot save or work on multiple projects which is utter ********. And, BeLight, before you reply with "it saves in app...take screenshots...blah blah" that isn't what me and many others are complaining about. I want to be able to save my project to my computer and then be able to work on another project. I want to be able to open a project that I was previously working on and edit it maybe a few days later while I'm working on another project. I can't edit the materials and layout of my project in a screenshot. And as a 17 year old girl, I do not have the means to pay to save - a feature that many other successful apps give for free. Fix it, or lose customers like me.

Dear Rae, Thank you for the feedback. Live Home 3D is a commercial project and we can not give away the program absolutely for free. The product will simply cease to exist after that. We did not limit neither the tools nor the access to the object and material libraries for free version users. The save limitation is the only limitation you have while working with the program. Our competitors limit the program functionality and libraries for the free versions, we chose another path. Besides, we run a special promo which allows to purchase the premium versions with 50% discount. So, it is not so expensive. Especially now. Kind Regards, BeLight Software Support

Review title of JasonDesigned an entire house!

I really like this software. You don't have to be an expert architect to design your dream house. Obviously there's more to designing a house but this gives you a good foundation. It would be nice if it had additional outdoor elements like rocks, boulders and fire pits to name a few. Belight if you read this please take that into consideration. It has it's quirks but overall it is intuitive and fun to use.

Hi Jason, Thank you for the feedback. We plan to add the terrain editing feature with the release of v.4 of the app. Meanwhile, you may download any missing elements from the Trimble 3D Warehouse. Very powerful app, no doubt about it. However, not really useful unless you pay, so free is a too big hat for it. Maybe demo is a better description of this software. If marketed correctly, I would have give more stars.

Review title of TobiasGreat App BUT needs HELP!!!

First of all, I LOVE this app. I am not a professional but I love this, I really love how the app runs, and it is such a fun app to play around with. After installing the free version I fell in love with it and payed the full $20. ALTHOUGH it needs some work here and there. Sometimes when I am trying to paint something, the little paint circle freezes in the middle of the screen. After that the app is useless. You cant use any tools, so you then have to close the app and restart it, or otherwise it will crash. I also wish I could edit the size of imported objects, I love cars, and they often are in my designs. When I import them, it takes FOREVER and I cant size it up or down. SO I will eventually spend 20 mins looking for a car or a piece of furniture that is the right size. I really hope you guys can fix these things, and if you do, the app will be even better and more pleasant. I LOVE this app so much! Everything else works perfectly, and I am very happy with the $20 I spent. thanks

Hello, Tobias. Please, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. If it still freezes, let us know at support@belightsoft.com. We will investigate what causes such app behavior on your device. As to the resize of objects, they can not be resized if the model was imported as a group of objects. In this case, right-click on the downloaded model and choose Merge in the dialog that comes up. After that the size of the model can be edited. Kind Regards, BeLight Software Support

Review title of StefanieAMAZING APP!

Wow! This app is AMAZING! They added a new update with a lot of new rooms and I was just... amazed! I kinda wish that they had added some new houses, but other than that it's great! I upgraded from t Free Trial to Pro and it made a huge difference! I also purchased the extra plants and materials. For $30 I felt I could do what I could with a really expensive app. U should definitely get the app! :)

Hello Sherry, Thanks for the feedback. The program has a Trimble 3D Warehouse integration, this is why we did not add too much items to the Object Library. There are tons of free objects for download at this online storage. To access it you need to click Import / From Trimble 3D Warehouse and choose the necessary item in the window that appears.
