Blue-eyed female ninja assassin Hiriji, a fierce and cold-blooded killer, clashes with a cunning thief who is attempting to steal the scroll of immortality from a Christian feudal lord, but she is injured in the ensuing battle. Hiriji is rescued by a Christian named Sitar and they soon begin to fall in love. However, their happiness is short-lived. Declaring Christianity "Western heresy," a powerful Buddhist leader takes aim at Hiriji and the Christians; he cooks up a dark plot to deal with the “heathen” and any who associate with them.
