Nice update to UWP and it's Mobile!

Very much like the updated UI and the investment in the Windows 10 Universal Platform. It shows Microsoft is serious about it and demonstrates its capabilities. UI is simple and intuitive. Want to see this become the default version of remote desktop and the Win32 version retired.

Running Windowed

I manage quite a few servers, and the inability to scale the display while running windowed is frustrating.

Review title of RossWindowed mode makes a return

Finally, windowed mode is corrected and works as expected. And the display scaling function appears to work as well. This is super useful on 1080p+ resolution monitors. This app now is quite usable, but still the one function all of us day to day admins want is the ability to spawn multiple desktop sessions in independent windows.

Review title of JonMulti-monitor support and you get 5 stars

Just what the headline says...I want to make use of dual monitors with my RDP sessions. The only reason I moved over to this client in stead of the old mstsc is because of the mouse button support (which works on Windows 7 just fine...don't know why it doesn't work in mstsc in 8.1 or 10). Keep going, you're doing great...then don't break it.

Review title of RossUpdate broken

Latest update causes odd issue when you click away from the app and then back. Screen becomes "greyed out" and you must disconnect and reconnect to the host. Previous version did NOT have this issue. "Prevent timeout" doesn't resolve the issue.

Review title of SimonWe're getting there!

The current version has almost everything you need, auto sizing of the content to the current window finally works as well. We're just missing multiple connections at once (or the ability to launch the app twice, which would suffice) and a copy/ paste for files functionality (which is hard to implement, but a file transfer would work as well). Keep up the great work!

This WAS an excellent app. Used it all day every day. Now the ability to have multiple connections at once is gone, the top ribbon is gone. This update is TERRIBLE. Should be able to roll back to the old version....but NOOOO

Review title of AndrewMuch, much better now

Updating my review from a 2 to a 5. It's pretty clear that devs are listening to feedback. The app is much more stable, lots of display settings added, and they even added support for custom computer groups. Now if we may also have the ability to export groups/configs eventually, this could even be a modern successor to RDCMan! (I'm using it as such now, but others are still clinging to that aging program.)

Review title of TimUse it every day, all day.

I have 4K monitors and this app is a life saver for my old eyes. It dynamically resizes remote sessions and handles display scaling much better than mstsc. It snaps nicely to left/right/corners of the screen and rescales as needed. Might not be the best choice if you are connecting to pre 2012R2 servers as they don't support display scaling. Copy and paste is flaky. I find it is more reliable if you copy from notepad. Seems some win32 apps use a their non-standard implementation of the clipboard and doesn't work well with UWP apps. This app is being well maintained by MS with regular updates and frequent enhancements. Update 9/13 - had to take back a star due to frequent crashing throughout the day.

It would be really nice if we could set external display settings like resolution, color depth, desktop background, font smoothing, window animation, styles etc. Etc.
