Very comfortable to use, but the transceiver breaks easily. Now I don't know if I should throw the mouse away or wait for Microsoft to decide to whether sell the transceiver or not!

It is a very comfortable mouse that doesn't not cause as much discomfort in the wrist as other mice I have used but that is where it ends. It is one of the most inaccurate mice I have ever used, the resolution is so poor you can forget about trying to place the pointer with any sort of accuracy. On top of that if the surface isn't absolutely perfect (mouse pad only) forget about using it with any consistency. Even on a smooth and slight shiny surface it struggles to track. Forget about any surface that has any sort of weave above that of a mouse pad with a cloth type surface. Carpet doesn't really work at all (every other mouse like logitech works fine on the same surface, even their most budget models). I am extremely disappointed as we have the sculpt comfort for the wife's computer and it works fine.

Review title of AnicaRECEIVER NOT REPLACABLE!

I lost the receiver (the dongle) and now I have to throw away the mouse! Microsoft customer service rep said there are no replacements dongles for this type of a mice. Each receiver is specific for each mouse and I have to buy a new mouse. Terrible.

This is the mouse I need! It solves my wrist issue completely! I usually spend more than 6 hours using computer with mouse. On a traditional mouse, it used to hurt my wrist seriously because all the pressure is on the wrist directly. The design of Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic mouse let you direct all the pressure to the side of your hand. No pressure is on my wrist so my wrist problem is now solved. I bought 2 of these mouses one for my office and one for my home. Please try this mouse if you have the similar wrist issue as I do.

Review title of SarahBeautifly designed and comfortable but a piece of crap

I WISH this worked the way it should. It is well designed and soo comfortable and almost keeps my fingers from going numb but the scroll wheel doesn't work out of the box. It's useless if it doesn't work. A lot of other people have this same problem and Microsoft doesn't seem to care to fix it. I will be returning it.

I got the keyboard mouse combination, and the curved keyboard, and separate numeric pad work great! I love both of them, however, the mouse is another story. First, and foremost, the left mouse button often times is very hard to press. Since this is the most used button of any mouse, that makes it practically useless. Often times I have to push on the front of it a few dozen times to get the button to start moving like it should, and it has been like this since the beginning. This started happening about a week after being used. Next, while it seems it would be comfortable, after awhile of using it, my hand actually hurts. I ended up going back to my trusty logitech mouse (performance MX) as it reliable comfortable, and programmable.

Receiver is the bad things: 1. Can't buy a new one when lost, not work. 2. No Bluetooth support, with Bluetooth supported, no receiver needed. 3. One size mouse; It's too big for small-hand people
