The My T-Mobile application provides an integrated Mobile Broadband account experience for Windows 8 when connected to a T-Mobile USB, Hotspot, or embedded broadband device. It intelligently determines the currently associated plan to show the appropriate experience in a simple and intuitive manner based on the plan’s status, and provides a seamless connection experience to purchase new plans or to top-up data on your existing ones. The live-tile displays the current data usage information, billing cycle, and key notifications from T-Mobile, saving all these notifications for later viewing in the application. A Help & Support section provides friendly troubleshooting and self-help tips. In order to experience all the features of the My T-Mobile application, you will need a supported Windows 8 broadband device with an active T-Mobile SIM installed and providing a T-Mobile broadband connection. At this time the My T-Mobile application does not support a Wi-Fi or other home Internet connection. Please be aware too that some legacy devices may not display all live-tile notifications.
