Prepaid customers can • Check main and bonus balance • Recharge account with Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking for self & other Prepaid numbers • View recent recharges and deductions • View current data plan details and data usage • Explore and Activate New Data Plans • Activate / Deactivate Value Added Services • Track status of recent service requests / complaints • View and subscribe to Best Offers. Below are the reasons for seeking various permissions while installing the app. We do not save any of this information on our servers. • Storage: We save some data locally on your phone to avoid frequent access of network. This also helps the app launch faster. • Find Location: This is required to help you locate our nearest stores. • Read Contacts: We need access to your contacts, so that you can manage multiple numbers without having the trouble to manually type them. • Directly call phone numbers: In case, you feel the need to reach to us & choose the option of dialing 199 or any circle specific help line number, this helps app to directly call the respective numbers. • SD Card access: in case, you choose to move the application to the SD card to save phone memory, this helps us to run the application from the SD card also. • Accounts on device: this is required to track any unexpected issues/bugs on the app, so that they get reported correctly against your respective app store ID & we can fix them in our future releases. Things to remember • The app can be used by Mobile customers only • You will need a valid Vodafone number and One Time Password to use the app • For new Vodafone customers or one’s who have recently migrated (pre-post), some account information will be available only after your first bill • Purchase of the application is free however download charges do apply for downloading from the Google Play • No data charges for the app usage while using mobile internet connection.
