Review title of GREAT PAPYRUS42I feel empty now

When I got the game I was super excited and happy. The gameplay was amazing. The only reason it makes me feel empty inside is because the main story is way too short. I beat the game in 2 days. Now that I beat it, I have nothing to do: I don't want to replay the last 30 minutes of the game, the side missions are a waste of time, and overall I don't really have anything to accomplish. A free DLC extension to the game would be nice.

The game is ok... It's kinda repetitve and the movement system is kind of clunky to me. I wish i looked at the reviews on you tube before i bought it. But if you're a hardcore One Piece fan you will like this game no matter what. These are just my thoughts on the game and you guy's might love the game or hate it... Im in the middle

Let me start by saying upfront that there are a few flaws with this game. The combat can get a tad repetitive, the world feels a bit empty for how big it is, there is a LOT of busy work(side missions, collecting items, etc), and some of the fighting feels pretty simple. But all that aside, if you are a One Piece fan looking for that next game to scratch that itch, look no further. The graphics for this game are amazing and literally look like the anime/manga come to life. The sound design is stellar as well, with the original Japanese voice actors reprising their roles, as well as a couple newcomers. Movement feels tight and fluid, and they nailed Luffy's fighting style incredibly well. And the story, even though an original non-canon work, fits right into the world of One Piece magnificently. In closing, before you write this game off because of some flaws, I invite you to give it a try. The "professional" reviews don't do it justice.

Definately recomended as a fan of the Anime. Its not perfect and sluggish at first but once you start gaining and introducing new skills it ramps up 1hr into it like most AAAs. Following the series after 875 episodes (of 03/15/19) can't complain about the pacing, kinda like marathoning an entire arc (around 100eps) least w/o waiting week by week. Basically everything we love about the anime; covers up My only gripe its designed by bandai some getting used to. Not AS streamlined as i like it to be but i am enjoying my self

I'll admit, the game is slow at first because you don't have all of the abilities unlocked yet, but trust me, once you unlock them all, it feels like you're in the anime. The latest update is great too! They should add more equipment with special abilities. My ONLY issues are that you can't be Zoro or Sanji and that there's no Snakeman. Tip: Don't start the game on "extreme" difficulty. It's really frustrating. Wait until you have a lot of abilities unlocked, then do extreme.

This might just be the worst game I've ever played in my life, and that's coming from a die hard One Piece fan. • Luffy only has 2 combos and 3 super moves so the combat gets stale almost immediately • Whether the desolate and uneventful world is looping the same music for the umpteenth time or has you playing in one of the many intervals of silence, the game seems determined to highlight just how boring and repetitive it is. I guess the developers realized this so they eventually released a song pack add-on... it costs $17.99 I could nitpick and list faults in just about every other aspect of World Seeker, but the aforementioned gripes will ultimately be what makes you quit the game and wonder if it's too late to get a refund. If you're a fan of One Piece, support the series by buying the anime/manga or any other official release. Giving this 5 stars when it's AT BEST a 3 will only trick other fans and keep Bandai Namco pumping out more mediocre anime games like this.

The gameplay is good! The graphics are great! The problem with the game is the main story is not that great. While the over arching premise of the main story is good, you fight high profile enemies like, navy admirals too often. They also back down too often. This is especially true if you count the side missions along with the main story. The main story is also way too short. The main story also develops way too fast. In addition some of the side missions like the ones where you look for treasure with a treasure map are boring. Lastly, some of the dialogue does not make sense. Overall, though the game is still worth playing and enjoyable.

Review title of OMREBS09Small flaws aside, the biggest problem

Admittedly, most of the reviews I've read were true. The slight repetition, clunky movement when you first start the game, and the way the game picks up quickly all reflected how I felt. Most accurately, I enjoyed the game as much as I did because I love One Piece. The only reason I was too irked to give a 5 star rating, was because of how short the game is. I bought the deluxe edition, and I can't help but feel the game was a bit of a nostalgia-laced cash grab. The main story was like 5-10 hours, including the time I spent goofing off. By the time you collect the materials you wanted to make nice equipment, or unlock a couple of cool skills to make the game more entertaining or easy, it's already over.
