Workout logging software for aerobic activities, particularly running, jogging, walking, biking, swimming, or any excercise that is associated with duration and or distance. Enter data, then the software generates useful stats and graphs. Shoe tracking is built in as well, if desired. Create custom types of workouts, e.g. repeats, hills, treadmill etc. Also handles laps. Note: No gps function is built in, if you use it on a mobile device, it won't record or store your workout using gps. Think of the software as an electronic workout diary.
