Review title of SeanAuto Closes

I was looking for a better app to use to view my photos and thought this might do it...however after trying it out I found it auto closes on me after viewing only a few photos. I have to go back and open the app again and load the photos again and start over. This happened every time I tried to view my pictures...and it didn't matter where I was getting the pictures from...what folder. To bad cuz...overall I liked the app. Maybe if this problem of auto closing can be fixed in the app I'd recommend it however at this point in time...I don't recommend it and I've uninstalled it. Not useful at all if it auto closed on you after viewing only a few pictures. Penteract...I recommend you look into this issue and get it fixed.

We were unable to reproduce this behavior. If you would be so kind as to update to the latest version, and if the bug persists contact support ('Penteract Picture Viewer support' link below) with the last-error log, perhaps we'll be able to identify and correct the problem. The error log can be accessed through 'Options' in the app.

This app does what it says and allows you to choose simple things like defaulting to fit or fill. Very basic in the option department. Fair warning: if you delete something, it goes into a "Deleted" folder in the top level folder you give the app access to; I didn't see it mention that fact anywhere and panicked a little when I accidentally hit delete.

We are sorry to hear that you had this issue. We are planning to make it clearer about the "Deleted" folder. If you want - you can change the deletion behavior under "Options". If you see deleted files being moved to a folder in the top level folder as you stated, please feel free to contact support. The expected behavior is for this "Deleted" folder to be in the same folder as the picture that was deleted.

Review title of ThomasIt's got good and bad aspects.

The good: Clean, minimalistic, beautiful design with good customizability. The bad: Medium to high resolution photos/images are displayed in a very rough/pixelated way. This is unfortunately unbearable for me, and I must uninstall.

Review title of SteveGood replacement for Windows 7 photoviewer

If you did a new install of Windows 10, you probably have already lamented about the loss of the excellent photo viewer that Windows 7 had, that let you view photos automatically filling the screen. This app is a good replacement for that. Settings in the upper right let you pic how the photos initially open. seems to be running solid for me, no crashes or hang ups.

Review title of DubravkoProblems with full screen settings on Windows 10 mobile

App is functioning really good, but if you put it on WP 10 in a full screen you will not be able to return it back to normal which make browsing a pictures impossible. For browsing you need to reopen app for every picture you want to look. Simply it is still not fully optimize for use on a phone. This is only reason why I gave it 3 star.

We have now released a new version that addresses hangs on some systems. If you update the app (using the "Store" app) it should not freeze anymore.

Simple viewer that seems fine, but can't rotate images with touchpad.

Touchpad support is limited to pan and zoom. You will need to use the arrow keys to navigate and the comma and period keys to rotate, or use the mouse. (Lack of rotation-gesture support seems to be inherited from the underlying framework.)
