Host+ provides real-time access to the entire CRM database, allowing users to see appointments a day in advance, view expected arrival times of customers, and access the full CRM record, including view of survey scores, previous contacts and a next desired vehicle. Customers can sign off work raised to digital job cards, using an e-signature on the app. Record arrival videos when a vehicle arrives onsite, showing the current condition including any damage, protecting staff against any possible liability claims. Complete a full vehicle health check with the customer, providing transparency on any issues highlighted.
